Best kratom retailer in North America, without question. Product is excellent, shipping times to the other side of the country are always faster than expected, packaging in lined, resealable bags should be a given for this product but CKE is the only North American retailer I've found that bothers to do it. The ``super`` versions are well worth the extra cost.
CKE is extremely consistent with orders. There is very little turn around time when you place an order often sending the order within 24 hours of placing it. On the only time I needed to contact customer service, by phone, my problem was solved almost immediately by the person who answered the call. Very impressive. Thanks CKE

CKE is outstanding in customer service, product quality, ease of access, product information and prompt, reliable delivery. My package arrived in 2 days. I don't see how they could possibly improve,on anything, but I have no doubt they will, they always do.

I really appreciate the quick delivery. And when there has been an issue they are quick to respond. They seem to place a high value on customer service. I would have given five stars but I've found the website buggy at times--although that likely has more to do with the CMS than with the company.
