I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Canada Kratom Express. When I ran into a couple of unexpected issues, they went above and beyond to make things right. I had no idea my loyalty points had expired so they graciously reinstated them — that kind of integrity and care is rare these days.

I’ve been buying from CKE for years and have always been satisfied. I once needed support for a confusion on payment method (my mistake) and I got the personal treatment quickly and the issue was resolved easily. Product seems to be consistent (meaning green has a green colour, red has a redish colour, and white is somewhere between the two and the effect is as expected) and I’ve got a relatively high degree in confidence in it. Recommended.
